What to do if the application form is correct-
The government has given many official sites and helpline numbers for the farmers who are not getting benefits under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, on which you can call and recommend.

In this, under this scheme for farmers and their families, if both husband and wife are farmers, then only one of them can take advantage of this scheme, which is clearly mentioned on the PM Kisan Portal.

What is the eligibility of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana-

The benefit of this scheme is mainly given to the farmers of the poor class. To take advantage of this scheme, the farmer has to register, for which the farmer should have less than two hectares of land and along with this, the farmer should not be eligible for any government pension scheme. Should not be a beneficiary of the scheme and if the small farmer also fills the tax return, then he cannot take advantage of this scheme.

Strict rules of the scheme-

The central government has also made many strict rules for this scheme, if a farmer uses his land for any work other than agriculture or gets someone to work on rent or he does farming with a partner. If he has, then he will not be given the benefit of this scheme and apart from that, if any land is not in the name of the farmer but in the name of his father or his grandfather, then also that farmer cannot take advantage of this scheme.
If still the farmer takes advantage of this scheme in any wrong way, then the government can recover the entire money at any time.
